Parents

We polled the parents to ask what they would say if others asked them about Holy Cross Catholic Academy. Here's what they said:

"I send my children to Holy Cross Catholic Academy because I want them to have an excellent education and learn the values necessary to succeed in life. In this day and time it seems both of these concepts are very hard to find in general society."

"Holy Cross is a safe environment for students to be in. . . the fact that they are allowed to worship God is very important to me."

". . . even though there is a monetary cost to consider . . . the benefit for that child far exceeds any perceived 'sacrifice' made by the parents. I would not send my kids to any other school." -Mrs. Derryberry

"I send my kids to Holy Cross because of the combination of discipline, faith education, and small environment helps them to become self confident, caring individuals who are not self absorbed."

"I like the genuine caring about others that I have witnessed whether it has come from the teachers or the students."

I'd tell parents that "it is worth every penny. We have chosen to do without many things that we would like to spend money on because we feel it is that important."
